Permitting Information

Jameson Pools will submit your pool permit on your behalf if we designed and will be building your pool. Permits can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months depending on the city and scope of the project. We suggest you go online for all updated by-laws and regulations on building a pool in your area. Some areas require procedures and steps than other municipalities. New developments could be unassumed which means permission from your developer may be required.

Warranty Information

Pool Wall Structures

Jameson Pool Landscape guarantees the entire wall and support structure of all pool that it installs will perform satisfactorily and are free from manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.

Pool Coping

Jameson Pool Landscape guarantees the installation of all coping on all pools for as long as the original owner owns the pool.

Concrete Pool Bottoms

All concrete (two stage gunite pool bottoms) installed by Jameson Pool Landscape are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and will perform satisfactorily under normal ground conditions for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool. Warranty terms require Jameson Pool Landscape to perform winterization of the pool every year.

Concrete Pool Decks

Concrete deck areas installed by Jameson Pool Landscape and being within three (3) feet of the pools walls, are guaranteed to be free of settlement, to remain tight against the coping and to be free from any abnormal defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.

The above guarantees cover both the cost of materials and labor.

Pool Liner Replacement

There is no warranty on liners that develop wrinkles after the liner is installed, unless they are the result of a split seam in the liner. Damage from chemical imbalances or poor sump well maintenance are not covered.

In addition to the table above, the liner warranty covers 100% compensation for loss of chemicals and labor for the first 2-years.

Extended Equipment Warranty

Jameson Pool Landscape extends the terms of the pertinent manufacturers published warranty to cover all labor and material costs incurred in the repair of any pump, filter or heater sold and installed by Jameson Pool Landscape from a period of one year to three years provided by the manufacturer.

General

The guarantees set out above are in lieu of all others expressed or implied. No representative or other person is authorized or permitted to make guarantees or assume liability not strictly in accordance with the terms as shown on this Guarantee Certificate. Furthermore, these guarantees are contingent and become operational only upon full payment of the original purchase price being made by the purchaser.

All guarantees are herein void if the pool or any other related equipment is abused; if proper maintenance, installation and winterizing procedures are not followed, if proper chemical care of the pool water is not maintained, or the installation of the pool, modifications are made to the pool, its equipment or surrounding gardens that affect any of the items to which the guarantees apply.

All claims made under guarantees must be submitted to Jameson Pool Landscape office, and must be accompanied by a duly executed original copy of the Pool Sale Agreement.

Transferrable

This guarantee is transferable by the original purchaser to only one subsequent purchaser of the property on which the pool is installed for a transfer fee of $500 which must be paid to Jameson Pool Landscape within 30-days of the transfer of the title of said property. Jameson Pools retains the right to inspect each pool before the transfer of said warranty.
