I had my pool installed by Jameson in 2023 and it was a great experience, the pool is beautiful!  Now, as a pool owner, I have discovered the importance of support in maintaining the pool and for that I cannot strongly enough recommend the service department at Jameson.  Bettina and Ida are both wonderful to work with; they are kind, patient and efficient. Even in the very busiest time of the pool season they respond promptly to requests and work diligently to get help resolve issues, give advice or get a technician (shout out to Dylan who is an awesome technician!!) out to give onsite support.   They are personable and get to know their customers and treat you with respect and care.  It can be frustrating dealing with pool issues, especially as a new owner there is definitely a learning curve but Ida and Bettina are there to support you through it all.
